Improve controlled foot movement through the forefoot, arch, and heel.
Controlled side-to-side foot movement
Slowly move the forefoot from side to side while keeping your toes relaxed. Focus the movement through the front of the foot.
Improves forefoot and arch control to support better balance and foot stability.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Stronger midfoot mobility and support
Slowly move the forefoot from center outward, then return to center with control. Keep pressure spread evenly through the foot as you move.
Improves mobility and support through the midfoot and arch while building better balance and foot control.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Better heel and ankle control
Slowly move the heel from side to side while keeping the front of the foot controlled. Lead the movement with the heel and return smoothly through center.
Improves heel and ankle control while building stability through the hindfoot.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Sharper arch control and coordination
Keep the heel grounded as you slowly move the forefoot from center inward. Maintain light contact through the foot and control the movement through the arch.
Improves control and coordination through the arch while supporting better midfoot stability and foot support.
Suggested Time: Hold for 30–60 seconds per foot.
Controlled inward ankle rotation
Shift your weight onto the working foot while rising slightly onto the toes of the free foot. Keep the movement controlled, hold briefly on the working side, then return to the starting position.
Improves ankle control and single-leg stability while building better control during weight shifts.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Build strength through the foot and ankle for steadier, stronger movement.
Builds a stronger, faster push-off
Place your free leg on elevated support. Roll forward smoothly through the working foot, pushing through the toes rather than straight upward. Return slowly with control.
Builds push-off strength and flexibility through the toes and calf to support stronger, more controlled movement.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Stronger forefoot balance and control
Balance through the forefoot while keeping control of the board. Hold the position steadily and use light support if needed.
Builds balance and control through the forefoot while supporting better arch stability and coordination.
Suggested Time: Hold for 30–60 seconds per foot.
Stronger heel and ankle control
Shift your weight onto the heel and balance while keeping the board steady. Stay tall and avoid leaning forward or backward.
Builds strength and control through the heel and ankle while improving stability.
Suggested Time: Hold for 30–60 seconds per foot.
Builds arch and ankle strength
Shift your weight onto the heel and balance while keeping the board as steady as possible. Maintain control through the arch and ankle, using light support if needed.
Builds strength and control through the arch and ankle while improving single-foot stability.
Suggested Time: Hold for 30–60 seconds per foot.
Builds whole-foot strength and stability
Place your free foot on a chair or slightly elevated support. Press through the entire working foot as you lift and lower slowly, avoiding a quick drop at the bottom.
Builds strength and stability through the entire foot and calf to support stronger everyday movement.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Train balance, coordination, and single-foot control.
Improves overall foot stability
Start with your weight supported through both legs. Shift onto the working foot as you drive the knee inward and press into the board, then return to the starting position with control.
Builds strength and stability through the foot and calf to support better balance and everyday movement.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Full-body balance and coordination
Shift your weight onto the working foot and lift the opposite foot from the floor. Hold the position while allowing small, natural adjustments to help maintain your balance.
Improves whole-body balance, coordination, and control to support steadier everyday movement.
Suggested Time: Hold for 30–60 seconds per foot.
Controlled strength rising onto toes
Use a chair or wall for support as you slowly rise onto your toes. Press the big toe into the ground as you lift, then lower back down with control.
Builds control and strength through the toes, forefoot, and calf while supporting better balance and push-off strength.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Strong, controlled push-off power
Use a chair for light support as you rock forward through the working foot. Continue the movement by rising onto the toes, then lower and return to the starting position with control.
Builds controlled push-off strength through the forefoot and calf to support stronger everyday movement.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Improve heel and ankle movement with controlled range.
Better heel and ankle mobility
Keep the toes grounded as you slowly move the heel from side to side. Stay controlled through the ankle and work within a comfortable range.
Improves movement and control through the heel and ankle while supporting better ankle mobility and stability.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Improves outward heel mobility
Keep the forefoot planted as much as possible while slowly moving the heel from center outward. Return the heel to center with control before repeating.
Improves outward heel movement and control while supporting better ankle mobility and overall foot control.
Suggested Reps: 8–15 controlled reps per foot.
Stronger front-ankle strength and control
Shift your weight onto the working foot and balance through the forefoot. Keep the ankle controlled as you hold the position, using a wall for support if needed.
Builds strength and control through the front of the ankle while improving foot control and stability.
Suggested Time: Hold for 30–60 seconds per foot.
Reduce tension and improve flexibility through the foot and arch.
Releases tension, improves flexibility
