Target the cause. See how it works.

Tap where it hurts

Sound familiar?“It still hurts every morning.”

Easy first steps again.

Heel pain keeps coming back because the muscles under your arch are weak, not tight. Insoles do their job for them. The split board makes them do it again.

Often used by people with

  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Heel pain on first steps
  • Tight, weak arches

Your recovery plan

From heel and ankle pain to back on your feet

Session 1

Your Feet Wake Up

The split board makes your forefoot and heel work separately, so the small muscles in your arch and ankle can’t hide.

  • Feel your arch and ankles working, maybe for the first time in years
  • Finally know which side has been letting you down
  • A clear plan from minute one, no more guessing
  • Fixing the cause, not just covering the pain
Week 1

Relief Starts Here

Your brain relearns which muscles to fire and when, so every move gets smoother.

  • Steadier on one leg than you’ve felt in years
  • A routine that finally sticks
  • Every session smoother, less shaky
  • Ankles catching themselves before they roll
Week 3

You Feel Like Yourself Again

Stronger arch and ankle muscles take the load off your heel and plantar fascia.

  • First steps out of bed without the wince
  • Stairs and uneven ground stop feeling risky
  • Long days on your feet no longer end in aching
  • Back to the walks you’d been skipping
Week 6

Your New Normal

Stronger feet and quicker ankle reactions become part of how you move. Want more challenge? The triangle bars are there when you’re ready.

  • Back to runs, hikes and games without babying your foot
  • Pain no longer decides what you can do
  • Trusting your ankle again, no brace, no tape
  • Done with insoles, rolling and hoping

Based on what customers typically report. Everyone's feet are different.

What does the board actually do?

The board splits into a forefoot half and a heel half, and each half sits on its own bar. Because the two halves tilt separately, your foot can’t move as one stiff block. Every small shift forces a different part of your foot and ankle to react and hold you steady.

What it works:

  • The small muscles inside your foot: these hold up your arch and steady each step, and shoes and insoles do most of their job for them. Balancing on two moving halves makes them work again, which research links to better foot function and less arch strain.
  • Your big toe and arch: forefoot moves load the big toe as you press down. That pressure lifts and tightens your arch, the same action that takes strain off the plantar fascia.
  • Calves and Achilles: raises and push-offs on the heel half make your calf and Achilles work through the range you use when walking, running and climbing stairs.
  • The muscles outside your ankle: side-to-side tilts train the muscles that stop your ankle from rolling.
  • Your ankle’s balance sense: the ligaments around your ankle carry sensors that tell your brain where your foot is. A sprain can dull them, which is why ankles often roll again. Controlled tilts retrain that signal so your ankle reacts faster.
Is it safe for my injury?

Yes. Many people use it to rebuild strength and stability after foot and ankle injuries like sprains. Start on the round bars for a stable, controlled base, and add the triangle bars when you want more challenge. If your injury is recent or you're recovering from surgery, check with your doctor or physical therapist before you start.

How is this different from a wobble board?

A wobble board tilts your whole foot at once. The split design trains the forefoot, heel and ankle separately, which is how physical therapists target specific problems.

How long until I notice a difference?

Many customers notice easier mornings within the first week or two of daily use. Lasting strength builds over 4 to 6 weeks.

How does the guarantee work?

Use it for 45 days. If it's not for you, for any reason, email us, send it back, and we'll refund you.

Which bars do I start with?

Start on the round bars. Many people stay there and get everything they need. The triangle bars are there for extra challenge, like sport or performance training, whenever you want it.

How much time does it take?

Most sessions take 5–10 minutes, depending on the exercises and reps you do. Each card lists suggested reps, but how long you train is up to you.

How fast does it ship?

Is there a warranty?

Your board and bars have a limited lifetime warranty. If either cracks, splits or breaks from normal use, we'll replace the board free. Normal wear on the grip pads and damage from misuse aren't covered.
